EzyStream Giving User Guide

EzyStream Giving is a simple, secure way to make a one-off, or recurring donation to an organisation.

To make a donation:

1. Open the app belonging to the organisation you wish to donate to.

2. Login, or create a user account. We recommend creating a login so that the organisation you donation to can sent you a donation tax receipt:

   1. Click the ‘person’ icon in the top left of your screen,

   2. Select ‘Register’ if you don’t have an account already, or ‘Login’ if you do,

   3. Enter your details as requested,

3. Find the ‘Give’ or ‘Donate’ button in the ‘Main’ menu, or ‘More’ menu of the app,

4. Select the Appeal, or cause you’d like your money to go towards,

5. Enter the amount you’d like to donate,

6. Enter your reference information if desired,

7. If available, select if you’d like to add the cost of your transaction to the total amount of your donation,

8. If available, select if you’d like your donation to regularly recur (weekly, fortnightly or monthly),

9. Select how you’d like to pay:

   1. If you have a card loaded with Apple or Google Pay, select this option, and you’ll be able to select your pre-saved card'

   2. If you’d like to load a card into the app, simple click, Continue with Card.

   3. Review your transaction amount

   4. Enter your card information

   5. Click Confirm.
