Offers are an advanced function that allow you to control the regions your media is available, and whether it is available free, or falls behind a TVOD (Transactional Video On Demand) pay wall.

NOTE: If you media does not have any offer, it will NOT be visible to your users. You must make an offer to ensure it is publically visible.


If you intend to sell the media you are uploading, ensure you untick 'Publish My Media Instantly' in your upload checklist. Doing this will PREVENT you media showing to your users until you manually make an offer.

Understanding Offers

Offers are the way a title is made available publically once you have finished uploading all the parts of your series.

When uploading a Video/Audio Series, or one-off episode, you are able to choose whether to publish your media instantly. If you keep this option selected in your Publish checklist, we will automatically create a free offer for your media, making it visible to your users as soon as it has finished processing.

You can use offers to control:

  1. Whether your title is available free, or requires your user to pay to watch/listen to the material.
  2. The countries that you'd like your media to be available in.
  3. The price you'd like to sell your media for in each country.
  4. The date range you'd like your media to be available in.

Please note that your subscription on the EzyStream platform must support TVOD (selling) of media before some of these options will show. All customers can use free offers to control whether this media is available to your users or not.
