Understanding Usage Statistics

EzyStream offers you several ways of understanding how your platform is engaged with. Here's an outline of key measurements.

App Opens

Check how many times your app has been opened, and by how many unique devices quickly and easily.

  1. Login to your EzyStream Dashboard.
  2. Look on the lower right of your screen for the title 'App Activity Overview'. This is tell you how many unique users, and how many times your app has been opened. 

Total Media Plays

If your app contains media, you can instantly see how many times a media file has been played as soon as you login to your EzyStream Dashboard. 

If you'd like to see how many plays each series had, simply click on that series on your dashboard.

Offline Media

If your app supports offline media playback, this usage is also recorded. When a download is initiated, a play is added to your dashboard for that title. When the user plays the title while offline, this is also recorded, and then sync'd back to your dashboard when the users device comes back online and the app is opened again.

User Accounts

Your app or website may allow users to create an account. If it does, you can check how many accounts have been created.

Note: If your platform allows 'Guest Plays' (i.e. a user doesn't have to be logged in to play), this number may be an in-accurate guide to actual usage.
