If you choose to publish a Custom App, Google and Apple require you to operate your own developer account which EzyStream will load your app into.
- Every app that is published to the Apple App Store, or as a Private B2b app is individually reviewed and approved Apple, according to theĀ Apple Review Guidelines.
Apple has very strict requirements about how your app should be published, and according to guideline 4.2.6, your app needs to be listed under your own developer account. This rule changed in January 2018, and all our customers are now required to operate their own developer account.
(Please note that a small fee is payable directly to Apple and Google to be a part of their developer community, and these fees are not included in package pricing from EzyStream). - While Google does not review every app before it goes live, they do random checks to ensure their Developer Policy is being adhered to, and will instantly de-list your app if not. Their Policy also require your app to be listed under your own developer account.
