Easily collect data from your users by embedding forms from Infoodle, Google, SurveyMonkey and other web-based platforms.
You can easily integrate systems you currently use to create web forms into your EzyStream app. Configuration is quick and easy, and the administrative payback is outstanding!
Inserting a Form into your App
- Go to your Subscriptions under your Account Menu.
- Click Config on the Embed Form Feature.
- Type the name you'd like to give your button (e.g Volunteer)
- Copy and Paste the URL of the form published by Google, Infoodle, etc
- Click Submit.
Button Updates
Changes you make to your Function will update 1 minute after clicking Submit. To see them, you need to force close your app on your device, and reopen your app.
Inserting Additional Forms
Your App will allow you to embed up to four pieces of web content such as a form. You can use the the following features to achieve the same result as above:
