Managing Membership Lists

If your app requires a membership number to be authenticated to access some functions, you’ll need to add your members to your Membership List. You can add these one by one in your dashboard, or by importing a CSV file.

Its important to understand the different between your users, and your membership list. User accounts are created by the user in your app (and are actual users), where they will be prompted for their membership number. Our system then verifies their membership number against the approved list you manage in your membership list (potential users) in order to approve access to your member only features.

Expiry Date should use the format: dd/mm/yy. Please leave the organisation field blank unless your EzyStream Account Manager asks you to use it for a specific purpose.

Adding Members

  1. Browse to the Manage Menu, and select Membership
  2. To add members one by one, clicl (+) Member, otherwise click Upload CSV file.
  3. You can add a membership number, as well as an alternate number if you require.
  4. Add an expiry for the Member if you wish.

Removing Members

  1. You can either remove members one-by-one by clicking delete by the users membership number.
  2. Alternatively, when you choose to upload a new CSV file, you can choose to have all the current members replaced with those in your CSV file.

NOTE: If you have EzyStream automatically allocate Access Codes to your Membership Numbers when a purchase is made, it is important you don’t delete a member unless you want their Access Code to be delete permanently as well.
