Managing Users

You are able to view and edit the users of your app within your EzyStream platform. This allows you to change their user information, view their orders and more.

Viewing a User

To view a user, edit their details, or view activity:

1. Login to the EzyStream Dashboard

2. Browse to Manage > Users in the top right menu,

3. Search for your user by name or email address,

4. Click ‘edit’ next to the user you’d like to view.

5. Now you can view multiple tabs at the top of your page, such as User details, Orders and Email Activity.

Edit a User

Continue from the instructions above and:

6. Click ‘Edit’ in the User Details panel.

7. Change the details as click save.
