Embed a Form

Easily collect data from your users by embedding HTML forms from platforms like Infoodle or Google.

You can integrate any form building platform that creates a URL for your to distribute.

Here’s How:

In the EzyStream Dashboard, head over to Subscriptions, located under your Account Menu (Click your name in the top right of your screen),
Look under Active Services and find ‘Form Embed’.
1. If it’s not there, add the item 'Connect Bundle' under Available Services.
Click Config on the Embed Form Feature. (Learn more at App Web Embed).
Type the name you'd like to give the button in your app which will display this form (e.g Volunteer)
Copy and Paste the URL of the form published by Google, Infoodle, etc
Click Submit.
