EzyStream Giving

EzyStream Giving is a simple, beautiful way of integrating easy donation systems into your app and website. Your EzyStream app is able to activate Giving simply and easily with little configuration by you. Any website, whether built by EzyStream or your existing provider can also have a Giving module easily integrated into it.

EzyStream Giving is designed for our Non-Profit Customers. Please contact for us for ‘For Profit’ payment solutions.

User Accounts

A user's account will be available in both your app and your website, allowing them to access their account in either environment.

Giving Inside Your EzyStream App

Once you have configured your EzyStream Giving Account, loaded at least one bank account, and created at least one appeal, your app will start offering users the ability to Give to your Non-Profit organisation. The item ‘Give’ will appear as an item in your app’s main menu. Your users will be offered the option to use their Debit/Credit Card, or use either Apple or Google Pay. EzyChurch customers will have this feature active automatically in your EzyChurch App. If you have a custom app, your EzyStream Account Manager needs to work with you to have your Apple and Google Developer accounts approved for Apple/Google Pay, and then update your app to support these features.

Adding Giving To Your Website (by EzyStream or another provider)

Once you have configured your EzyStream Giving Account, loaded at least one bank account, and created at least one appeal, you also get access to both a special giving URL, and an iframe/widget, both of which can be included on your existing website.

You can access your unique Giving URL directly at https://give.ezystream.com/to/yourorganisation. You can find this by:

Go to Subscriptions under your Account Menu on your EzyStream Dashboard.
Find the EzyStream Giving Function and click Config
Click 'Share URL'
Paste the small piece of code we offer you into a page onto your existing website as a hyperlink. This can also be used in emails and other communication streams.

You can also pop an iframe into your existing website by:

Go to Subscriptions under your Account Menu on your EzyStream Dashboard.
Find the EzyStream Giving Function and click Config
Click 'Copy Donation Embed Script'
Paste the small piece of code we offer you into a page onto the code of your existing website. You may like to adjust the height and width parts of the iframe code to suit your needs.

Connected Bank Accounts

As a default, you can connect one bank account to EzyStream Giving. This is the account we will remit your donations to. You are able to add more bank accounts and link them to different Appeals. You can learn more about this at Managing Bank Accounts.

Appeals

Appeals are a powerful way to manage your donations. They allow a user to specify that their donation is intended for, and allows you to easily divide your donations out and account for them correctly.

For example, you may have a 'General Donations' appeal, as well as a special one for your Building Project and another to collect payment for an event you are running. You can have as many Appeals as you wish, and they can settle into different bank accounts if you need them too.
