Your EzyStream App and/or Website has the ability to host media that made easily available to your users to watch, listen and read.


VIDEO

Video should be uploaded as a H264 MP4 video with one of the following aspect ratios:

  • 1920x1080 (HD)
  • 1280x720 (HD)
  • 1024x576 (SD)
  • 960x540 (SD)

We recommend a video bit rate of 2000kbps for Standard Definition Video and 3500-5000kpbs for HD video. Please ensure your upload video never exceeds 2GB in total.


AUDIO

Spoken audio files must use a rate of 96kbps or 128kbps. These should be uploaded as an MP3 file.


DOCUMENTS

Documents should be uploaded as PDFs and compressed by you as much as possible. Remember that your users need to download your document to read it, so try to keep its file size small. (Less than 2MB is recommended).
