Media Vouchers

If your website or app offers paid media content, you can create vouchers to provide to specific user(s) to give them free access to the content, or give them a dollar value credit in their profile wallet for use against any title they wish.

Adding a Voucher

1. Browser to Manage > Vouchers

2. Add a new voucher and fill in all the fields for your voucher:

   1. Voucher Name is an internal reference for why this would be redeemed.

   2. If you’d like the system to generate a series of random, individual codes, select ‘Generate Multiple Unique Codes’ and enter the number you need.

   3. Voucher Code can be made up by you, or randomly generated.

   4. Select your Voucher Type:

      1. Organisation Title Giveaway: When the code is redeemed, the title you select will be added to your user’s wallet at no cost to them.

      2. Organisation Promotion: When the code is redeemed, the amount of credit you put here will be given to your user for use against any title in your library.

   5. Select the amount/title you wish to give away.

      1. If a title: Select the video quality provided to the user when they redeem the voucher,

      2. If a title: Select the Entitlement Type you wish to provide your user with.

   6. Enter how many times you'd like this benefit to be unlocked using this code.

   7. Set a Start and End date for the voucher.

Redeeming a Voucher

Provide your voucher code to your user(s). They can use it by:

1. On your website, select:

   1. The Account Menu (The User’s Name)

   2. Select Redeem

   3. Enter the code

2. On your app, select:

1. The Account Menu (The User’s Name)

2. Select Redeem

3. Enter the code
