If we're publishing a custom app for you, there may be an opportunity for you to download it before it is reviewed by Apple, and made publically available.

Previewing your iOS App via Testflight

If you have an Apple Device, please follow these instructions. Before you start, please download Apple's preview app called Testflight from the App Store.

  1. Give the email address you currently use for iTunes to your EzyStream account manager, or email it to us.
  2. We will then send you an email to invite you to use App Store Connect. Please open the link and create your account.
  3. Once your App Store Connect account is setup, please let us know again.
  4. Ensure you have Testflight already installed on your device.
  5. We'll then send you a second invitation to test your app.
  6. Open this email on the device you'd like to do the testing on and accept the invitation from Apple.
  7. You'll then be given a list of apps you are testing, in a similar view to the App Store, where you can click Install on your new app.
  8. Once installed, please open the app on your device.


Previewing your Android App

If you have an Android Device, we'll send you a special testing link to open your app in the Google Play Store. Only people you give this link to will have access to your app until it is made publically searchable.
