Identifying your Church Services

You can specify which events in your Google Calendar are Church Services. This creates an extra menu item in your app called Church Services, and gives uses quick access to your church service times. Its important that you create a recurring event, and edit instances of the event so that EzyStream can track your changes in your Google Calendar.

Managing Church Services in your Google Calendar

1. In Google calendar, create a recurring event for each of your church services.
2. If the information for a specific week changes, or you want to add a unique description for that week, open the recurring event, and edit just the one instance. (Don't make a whole new event).
3. The EzyStream platform will track these changes, and show the details for the coming week in the Church Services tab in your app.

Once your Google Calendar as been connected, and you've made a recurring event, you can identify your church services by:

1. Login to the EzyStream Dashboard
2. Head over to Subscriptions under your Account Menu

3. Click Config on Service Times.

4. You will be offered a list of all the events in your calendar.

5. Simply toggle the event(s) which are services and we’ll display them on the services page automatically in your app.
